What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO package of five weeks plus a summer and winter week off where the company effectively shuts down enabling all of us to truly disconnect and enjoy family, rest and relax.

Great PTO and holiday time off.

Benefits. 5 weeks PTO and we are encouraged to take it! In fact for two weeks a year, the company shuts down to ensure everyone has a balanced chance to disconnect and really be on holiday.

Competitive salary for the market and generous time-off policies.

Flexible work arrangement has become my favorite. However our four weeks of PTO plus two holidays weeks off for a total of six is pretty awesome too!
