What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and care about each and every team member.
Transparent, engaged. We just had a company retreat and the leadership team was clearly aligned and equally involved in ensuring the retreat was great for everyone. I don't perceive politics at LiquidPlanner at all.
Leadership is committed to transparency and heavily weighs employee feedback when making decisions.
They listen. They care. They are genuine and authentic. The are working hard to define our path to success and invite us in to participate where it makes sense.

Leadership team is always adapting and taking on the tough and challenging issues. They lead vs manage with a focus on strategy, the mission and teamwork. Naturally, given the business, a good plan is part of the equation.
