What did you like most about the interview process?

Meeting the full team I'd be working with. Genuine interest in what I have done in the past that may influence how I'd contribute at LiquidPlanner.

Meeting with a variety of team members and creating an account to test out the product.

Involved the whole team. I got to know the people I'd be working with and for... and they me.

Interviews were conducted with people from different teams and organization levels.

Met all team members that I'd be working with - senior, peers and subordinates. Felt like I had an accurate perceptions of the environment as a result.

Great exposure to the company and chance to meet a lot of people

Got to meet future boss, co-workers and even subordinates. It revealed an important component of the culture at LiquidPlanner - things are done and decisions made as a team.
