What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Do a clean sweep and fire everybody that's been there for more than one year and start over if you don't your company will probably end up closing in the Rockford location

When employees are comfortable working in the company and have been there for a long time they're the ones you need to watch out for they're the ones who take advantage of you

It was up close and personal and honest and that's why I accepted the position but since I've been there everything in the policy and the code of ethics is all out the window nobody gives a s***
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am an outsider new employee coming in from the street I am 50 years old I have owned three companies and have realized that this company and its employees are taking advantage of the company are ripping you off and causing bad Business deals
