To fire all employees there and start over fresh. When I first got hired there I was flabbergasted by what is allowed to go on on a daily basis inside this corporation I have owned three businesses and have had 35 employees under me for 28 years I was retired when I was hired
When employees are comfortable working in the company and have been there for a long time they're the ones you need to watch out for they're the ones who take advantage of you
Reduce the working hours or give employees option of leaving work early during quiet periods.

Management that cares about people's lives outside of work considering most of our day is spent at work. When you spend so much time at work in a environment you for the most part dont care for it can and will cause mental health issues.
