My boss will usually try his best to get me what I need. The higher up guys pay no attention to us.

Focus on quality and logistics

Who is my executive team? I don't know how to rate them because I'm not sure who you're speaking about. There needs to be a lot more empathy, understanding and compassion most of the sales people and customer service representatives all have mental health issues due to work stress

Employee appreciation and nice raises

Communication and training. 3 days training, are you serious?

Listening to the concerns of their employees And not going off of what someone said over a phone call that they were supposedly received they need to have sober management Not people that are under the influence they need to get the all in all the Whole company is junk in my opinion

Commixaticating on a Professional Level

Lead by example dont have tell your employees to do something when you are breaking the rules by allowing your wife to stay on the clock and dont show up for work or come in when she want .

COMMUNICATION!!! COMMUNICATION!!! COMMUNICATION!!! More of a standardized pay scale company wide for the same jobs at different sites, then flexibility on the compensation package based on merit and seniority.
