Keep looking for something else. This is a very disfunctional company that pays CSRs a pathetic $11/hr. IT dept. is clueless, and the management style is very similar to that of the tv show "Mad Men" in that it's stuck in the 60's..

Have good work ethics and knowledge in whatever department of your application and a clean driving record if choosing to be a delivery driver or the warehouse position.
How are layoffs handled in the Customer Support department at LKQ Corporation?
They do it over the phone, no signing of paper work, no copy of the termination. So really not good at doing it formally. The reason given is fair, but in my case...I think was just one of the reasons given...
