  • Electric cars is going to kill the company

  • How do yall sleep at night knowing that at every level of the entire corporation all the way to the TOP especially the CE0 & çøö was direclty involved in illegally towing a homeless 100% disabled veterans vehicle that they lived in and given COUNTLESS OPPORTUNITIES to do the right thing and makes things right so that said veteran didnt have to continue to sleep behind a filthy dumpster? But no0io0oo0o that would involve having to humble themselves which apparently they just dont have that ability to muster up that level of integrity. AutoZone for the win!

Mine interview was mostly the manager talking more about himself rather than finding out about me and my abilities but I got the job and loved it most of the time I was there

  • Easier than any other ones I have been to.

  • Normally 2 stage interview. One with the SM, then once with the DM. Drug testing is required for some positions like delivery drivers.

I believe the commercial area is growing the fastest because of the customer service that is delivered with every order

  • I think the commercial business is growing and the sales for classic and older cars is dwindling due to stores not stocking enough of those parts.

  • both retail and commercial sales is growing fast, but dependable staffing is an issue.

better promotion policies from SM up. Get rid of the old boys club and start promoting people who deserve it.

  • Stop focusing on pushing the numbers so much and let management do more at the store level with regards to individual recognition of good work. Have a rewards banquet for the top performer in each store, not just each district.

  • fire everyone from the DMs up

O'Reilly's company wide policy is to not drug test new hires for store locations. They will drug test for the distribution center due to the heavy machinery they will still hire you if you only fail for thc. Very few companies care if you fail for cannabis these days as long as you're honest with them. I failed mine and was still hired.

  • Yes.

  • yes. depends on local and federal laws, but the company reserves the right for random drug testing. Back ground checks are done for all applicants and promotions.
