
Stop focusing on pushing the numbers so much and let management do more at the store level with regards to individual recognition of good work. Have a rewards banquet for the top performer in each store, not just each district.
I would have store managers that depend on employees that work hard rather than talk big and have no action behind their words
better promotion policies from SM up. Get rid of the old boys club and start promoting people who deserve it.
