Having health insurance that is good. And the 401K
Not able to really get the most from benefits yet have to be there a year before you get the really discount

My district manager actually conducted my interview. It was very smooth. I have previous automotive experience so the interview focused on what I did and what I can do. He made me feel very comfortable and very enthusiastic about working with O'Reilly
