I love my job. I am an assistant manager/merchandiser or inventory specialist as I call myself. My store manager is great. He's caring and understanding and reasonable. My co workers are like family. I have been with O'Reilly for 3 years and have zero plans to leave.
What makes you most happy at work?
The laughter. The caring nature of my co workers. Majority of customers are pleasant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Parts discounts. Incentive pay based off sales. Plus fast track training hours we are paid for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all look out for one another. We take care of each other, help each other out. We are a strong team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team members care about each other. We take pride in keeping the store safe for customers. We all are there for each other and that's my favorite part of my team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My district manager actually conducted my interview. It was very smooth. I have previous automotive experience so the interview focused on what I did and what I can do. He made me feel very comfortable and very enthusiastic about working with O'Reilly
