My coworkers were very very helpful and kind, my assistant manager was great but my manager is very mean to customers, slams phones doesn't care to help with general knowledge and makes them feel dumb.

More of it, and getting paid a living wage would retain quality associates, this is my only gripe with oreillys

Does not have meetings. Store manager, district manager and regional manager are seemingly only concerned on how to line their own pockets.
