They are good honest caring people

Dm level is a 1 as far as the store level is concerned

There is no leadership. Even the assistant manager watches as the new guy makes phone calls in front of customers and never says anything to anyone about it. No one does their job here
Teamwork ad accountability is a plu
They show by example and they walk you threw anything you need help with
The current upper mangemwnt team really try to help the team. And it means a lot to see that.

COMMUNICATION!!! Meeting and introducing "grunt" workers. Better understanding the solid workers like myself and many others are the only reason that they have ability to line there pockets and receive FAT bonuses.

Starview in the cameras every morning to see what the Night Shift people aren't doing because I was doing most of the work when I work the night shift
They need to train better, improve communication and support employees
Not smoking in building, acting like a professional person. Needs to stop using vulgar language excessively especially when customers are in the building.
