We work well together yet we're honest to one another, accepting constructive criticism, rather than inconsistent lies from our Superiors.
The best of them show up to work. The recognized inefficiency but yet they still show up each day just hoping that their Store Manager will 'get it together.'

My co-workers are amazing. The problem is with our store manager. He makes our workplace a hostile environment. My co-workers and I have gotten together, and have written up statements with the district manager. There was nothing resolved or done.

When I started here we had 18 employees and most of them had experience, today we have half the employees and none of the experience.
