We all look out for one another. We take care of each other, help each other out. We are a strong team

Everyone seems like they help and listen to each other.

We work well together yet we're honest to one another, accepting constructive criticism, rather than inconsistent lies from our Superiors.

The best of them show up to work. The recognized inefficiency but yet they still show up each day just hoping that their Store Manager will 'get it together.'

We are working on teamwork and relations

Family atmosphere always got your back

We are more of like a family and friends and open to learn more and most importantly the rarely calls off

My co-workers are amazing. The problem is with our store manager. He makes our workplace a hostile environment. My co-workers and I have gotten together, and have written up statements with the district manager. There was nothing resolved or done.

Does not have meetings. Store manager, district manager and regional manager are seemingly only concerned on how to line their own pockets.

Coworkers' behavior reflects the culture of the company. Supervisors unwilling to embrace a team oriented problem solving attitude should be gotten rid of.

When I started here we had 18 employees and most of them had experience, today we have half the employees and none of the experience.
