What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team members care about each other. We take pride in keeping the store safe for customers. We all are there for each other and that's my favorite part of my team.

All suggestions for improvements have fallen on deaf ears. Turnover is high and past employees are glad in better jobs and support competitors

To have a set schedule with days off on the same days have been at oreilly for 18 years and have had to work very few weekends but now it is like everything is changing never have rhe same schedule
Universal in person training for all employees. Not the useless videos that nobody really watches.
