Going the extra mile for my customers, and them being appreciative of my efforts

I get to help my customers, and get them exactly what they need, hopefully on budget

Everyone has a strong work ethic at 1016, and when everyone is awesome at their job, things run smoothly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More of it, and getting paid a living wage would retain quality associates, this is my only gripe with oreillys
