I started as a driver for the Commercial Dept which constitutes 50% of store revenue. Drivers are treated & paid like entry level (min. wage) yet they are representing the company in a professional environment. No career path on the commercial side of the business if you are a woman.

It was a quick verbal and then a detailed skills test. No pressure and I could be honest and take my time .
