Zero backing if the customer returns a part for being wrong when they gave wrong information.

I started out as a delivery driver. I've been there over a year and a half at that time I'll get 1250 an hour and I'm still getting 1250 an hour. I don't think that's fair.

My co-workers are amazing. The problem is with our store manager. He makes our workplace a hostile environment. My co-workers and I have gotten together, and have written up statements with the district manager. There was nothing resolved or done.
