O'Reilly's company wide policy is to not drug test new hires for store locations. They will drug test for the distribution center due to the heavy machinery they will still hire you if you only fail for thc. Very few companies care if you fail for cannabis these days as long as you're honest with them. I failed mine and was still hired.

yes. depends on local and federal laws, but the company reserves the right for random drug testing. Back ground checks are done for all applicants and promotions.
