Focus on profit, cutting cost by reducing hourly employees benefits. Senior executives team pay attention to bottom line by take away hourly employees benefits and minimal increase so that they could receive large amount of stock options.
More selection and inventory better
Extremely not professional id like to talk to somone higher up than someone in my building.
I recently had a completely unprofessional experience at a location in Portsmouth VA, was hired and misinformation about dress code policy from manager. She was rude and very uncompassionate about the entire situation. I have email human resources. I would like to report this occurrence.
It's a reasonable place with reasonable prices for stuff to buy for your car

What is the company mobility like at AutoZone?
In NY, it's pretty bad. Some stores are packed with 45+ employees on roster such as Levittown HUB, however Bellmore Autozone 2972 has 1 Store Manager and 1 PSM. They're both full time but There are currently no other Management staff able to carry store keys and do Opening/Closings.
The operations team at Autozone lacks the skills and experience needed to successfully implement continuous improvement. Most of the leadership team have been promoted within without gaining proper education.
What should I wear for an interview at AutoZone?
At least slacks, a button up shirt and a tie.

Very. The scheduler spits out a ridiculous plan, the store manager changes the schedule and it looks like a 4 yr creadted it.
