We have great open communication, personally lucky with who we have.

I have been able to build mutual respect and work hard enough to get that reciprocated when I need help

I belive in paying people what their worth. I only accepted the job because i was told i was gauranteed 50 hours a week and could work more if i desired. Only to find out all OT is taken every september for 6 months.

For my typical day time shifts, I have two people I can count on. The three of us hold down the store. It is always a struggle when it is just one of us on the schedule for a day.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Show up on time, adhere to the dress code, help the customers, and put stock away. Do anything other than steal and play on their phones.

To please mind their own buisness and worry abt customer needs over their own

I was led to believe they had quality staff that was capable of genuinely helping the customers. Also, those interactions with the customers would be positive. They seldom are, as we usually get something wrong or break something.

Open communication between all possible upcoming experiences.

It was a relatively easy process

Applications should be looked at right away if it says they're hiring no matter the fact that it's a female

Took weeks for them to schedule a second interview I actually took a second job before I went back to them

Hire workers who take pride in what they do. Hiring just to fill a position results in no man power because they do not understand the value they hold and they tend to take for granted. Hire individuals of any age group and ethnicity as long as they take pride in what they do and strive to work.

Talk to less people. Phone interview.

Disaplin not being used to exclude or indiscrimetly fire employees

Ppl need to be trained on all aspects in Diy and not just certain ppl knowing how to take out batteries and doing headlights it's not fair and we're training ourselves I know commercial and don't work in commercial because I taught myself
