What are some of the best things about your team?

For my typical day time shifts, I have two people I can count on. The three of us hold down the store. It is always a struggle when it is just one of us on the schedule for a day.

Communication and teamwork. There are no store meetings and no communication and also no accountability for call offs and sitting around instead of working.

Nothing my graveyard team is awesome

People learning to read or know their primary colors

Being trained properly and executing those tasks daily

As long as the store manager doesn't care about the rules, the employees will pick which rules to enforce and follow at their pleasure.

Nothing is done about it and nothing will be done about it

Better pay to hire quality

They could show up when scheduled and do their part.

Store meetings would be helpful and being able to write people up without a DM approval would be amazing
