We have great open communication, personally lucky with who we have.

I have been able to build mutual respect and work hard enough to get that reciprocated when I need help

we work good together as a team

nice, polite willing to help

Review from Customer Support Dept

They will train you ,coach you and keep you on the right path to succesion .

Everyoje is willikg to help snd teach me

team is great dm and tsm useless

They try and support you

Tries their best to go the extra mile.

The knowledge and the way they help all the stores in the managers teams with problems they may have

Consistency in working to get things done

They're cool part of the team

They at least listen, but they can't do anything to fix massive problems

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Customer Success Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being an actual manger i had been working there since October and still didnt receive my employee discount card.

They need to be more professional

Better Communication, management, HR, prices

people skills and making the job worth coming to

Leading sales respect thats it

Employee retention, compensation, get a clue

Comunication and sticking to a scedual

Management skills. As a manager myself i have always kept myself at the same level of my employees. No matter what my name tag read, i never was better than anyone else. I treat everyone equal and fairly. At this location this does not exist.

Telling people about How the company taxes work

Letting me actually work or putting me on schedule

Review from Sales Dept

Taking situations more serious instead of brushing it off

Value their hard workers, praise them and not make them feel as if they are no one because they are not white or have a college degree. Try to retain your store managers because it is the store managers that keep the company going, bring in your profits and customers.

Hire people that have training and experience in management, instead of putting people into positions based on their tenure, not their qualifications

Addressing concerns for employees who are already employed

They need to work on communication and respecting their coworkers avaliablity

Being reasonable and fair to employees.

Transparency on a personal level

Better people to work with

communication, appreciation, and compensation to someone other than the ECO team.

Treating people like people and training
