How much diversity is there among employees at Transamerican Auto Parts?
Nearly zero diversity in upper level management, almost exclusively white and maie. No females at Director level (there was one, but she left). Only about 10% female at Manager level (outside of HR and admin).
Not much diversity. Most management are Caucasian and Male. A small hand full of female managers but alas none in the executive side of things. Its mostly a boys club with inland empire attitudes
What needs to change to make the company culture better at Transamerican Auto Parts?
this building is grey , dirty and sad. We have no windows and the lighting hurts your eyes. Also the carpets need to be cleaned.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Transamerican Auto Parts?

The only people we see in manager positions are Men. Not one woman is in a executive position

Dress better, we are not in college so the shoes with the holes in them are not acceptable.

People need to not work in Silos. Communication is key when working in an any company. Also, don't dismiss a department's hard work
