Fair wages and set hours
We take on so many calls. We are on so much pressure we had our hours cut and we are making less money when the cost of living has went up. Our company says they care but they will not compensate us so we can live comfortably but they're always asking us what they can do better our answer is pay
Work at a different location
the pay isnt fair. You deliver parts and do the work, you should get compensated. Its not your fault as a driver, most the parts are wrong, it shouldn't come out your pay.

All of our prices gone up and all of our quality has gone down. Whoever is working in the locations are not doing their quality control jobs and we're sending junk out to people and we're not being able to keep repeat customers because Of the demanding queue and how important it must be
Management ignore good ideas turn you down
The nepotism and the employees that have been there for longer than 3 years have gotten so comfortable that they take advantage of this company at every turn and the district manager is turning a blind eye to it. You don't send the district manager to his own store to do an investigation
Do a clean sweep and fire everybody that's been there for more than one year and start over if you don't your company will probably end up closing in the Rockford location
Everyone is new because nobody wants to stay because of management so we are training new guys every couple weeks because people keep quiting
