What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss will usually try his best to get me what I need. The higher up guys pay no attention to us.
My sales manager is a rock star and is always there when i need help or advise.
Open and work with me on any issue

The manager is good and the dock manager is great
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They treat emplyees like cattle, non human. They have a high turn over rate.

Who is my executive team? I don't know how to rate them because I'm not sure who you're speaking about. There needs to be a lot more empathy, understanding and compassion most of the sales people and customer service representatives all have mental health issues due to work stress
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to see the doctor and get my vision and dental taken care of
Having a 401k is nice. Most places do offer that now though.

I have worked very hard at this company. I stayed and asked you. I stayed when I didn't need to. I was doing three jobs at once the job I have now deal with tons and tons of small pieces. I'm all alone. I keep stacking more and more new things on me with no help the way they talk to me like nothing

Fair wages and set hours
We take on so many calls. We are on so much pressure we had our hours cut and we are making less money when the cost of living has went up. Our company says they care but they will not compensate us so we can live comfortably but they're always asking us what they can do better our answer is pay

Everyone works well together thats what makes us a team
Some have years of experience, they know how the company works. It is nice to know if you have a question about doing something there are people there to answer you.
Intelligent. Interested. Crazy. Friendly. Easy going
The synergy. We like to get along with each other, drama-free and that just makes our time here more enjoyable and productive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership stays inside white ivory tower and are task masters. Weather Heat warnings of 101 degree heat and they keep us working worhout AC break.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A change in management retrain and cross training
Management needs go threw training on how to properly speak/ listen to employees

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Tell potential employees its a 40 hour workweek when indeed its 9-10 including Saturdays. Tell of global human resource benefits. This is a puppy mill churning out quotas so management looks good. High emoyee turn over.

Your ratings are displayed and grated -D on the website. LKQ is top heavy on bosses, middle management and their local bosses. Focus needs to be on human resource benefits for employees. Management not following Human Resource policies.

No investment in the company. Just looting from C Suite
All of our prices gone up and all of our quality has gone down. Whoever is working in the locations are not doing their quality control jobs and we're sending junk out to people and we're not being able to keep repeat customers because Of the demanding queue and how important it must be
Management ignore good ideas turn you down
The nepotism and the employees that have been there for longer than 3 years have gotten so comfortable that they take advantage of this company at every turn and the district manager is turning a blind eye to it. You don't send the district manager to his own store to do an investigation
