THE MANAGER WAS VERY HONEST AND UP FRONT ON WHAT GOES ONE HERE AND WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR IN A WORKER. NEVER ONCE SAID IT WOULD BE AN EASY JOB.

Actual training and proper teachings
I honestly don't know hire people with experience
No follow up. It's all done online and no one follows up

To have a more organized interview. Promises that are not able to be kept shouldn't be discussed just to get someone to start working. It's a fallacy for the new employee and a frustration when there isn't any follow through.
It was not so much the interview process that was the problem. The on boarding & training was lacking, causing a difficult start on the job.

Know more about the people you hire they knew nothing at all about me except I had steel toes and I was to be there at 6 am never filed out app or nothing til after started working
