We are all in this together - also people actually care about each other and their achievements and successes

The speed of the process - within two weeks I was through the interview process and hired - loved it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability - even remotely - to connect with another team member when needed. Also the free snacks (for both local and remote) makes us have the same experience
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to get things done - a sense of achievement and then being rewarded for those efforts. Most companies don't know what you do until you are gone
