Consistently short staffed. Company seems to care very little about employee satisfaction but they make it sound like they are providing great benefits along with a positive environment but it is just a facade. Poor working conditions.

Working in the food and beverage department in a touristic location we constantly get stiffed on checks, meaning guests leave no tips. We are providing high end service and it is not fair for management to continue to allow this. We need a better wage for our services or include service
