Awesome company to work for
All they give us is discounts on rooms and access to the parks, but we don't even have time to do that because they don't let us have our time off on the holidays with our families, so it's not worth having it at all

Working in the food and beverage department in a touristic location we constantly get stiffed on checks, meaning guests leave no tips. We are providing high end service and it is not fair for management to continue to allow this. We need a better wage for our services or include service
