What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at the hotel is very integrated on all levels of experience and seniority. There is never any drama and everyone is treated equal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The expectations of a 5 star resort are elevated to a point where it becomes easy to exaggerate efforts made to meet the needs of guests, but at the same time it feels right, which makes it very relaxed. It is a unique experience.

I had two interviews which was nice

I was able to be myself and to be more free with my answers instead of cautious. Pretension is often disabling and uncomfortable but was not a problem in the interview.
