Working towards caring about their employees and the real estate agents doing the job for the. NOT the companies paying them money as it doesnt matter if you have no one to do the work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If they didn't use money as an incentive to look over all the bad things they do to the employees.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

If management actually talked with the employees on their team instead of talking AT them and wondering why they didn't understand or d o it right.
