I enjoy working at my company. I am not micro-managed and Management shows they care. I enjoy what I do. I believe in this company, what they do and have faith in how they move forward in future endevours.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We receive a generous amount of vacation time and the allowance of using sick time for doctors appointments are extremely helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Conversing with customers I like and co-workers I like. Knowing what my tasks are and just being able to get them done without feeling pressure from Management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team makes decisions but does ask those who do the grunt work questions and gathers data before finalizing those decisions. They try to consider how their decisions will affect the end result.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really do care about family and will work around your family needs. They show they do care about you as a person. They try to do fun activities during holidays and even other times during the year, especially before COVID when we were all together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are a handful that take the time to care and do what needs to be done. But many of them are either lazy and need constant spoon-feeding on tasks that have been done for years or they cant retain. They don't take the time to write notes and expect constant repetitive instructions.
