My team consists of people who are the first to help you when you're down and the first to congratulate you when you succussed. They make work fun and feel like it's my home away from home.
The most positive thing about the culture/Enviromint at Lyten is the lack of anxiety I feel. I used to hide in bathrooms to cry out my panic attacks at my previous jobs. I haven't had a single attract sense I started at Lyten and I couldn't be more grateful.
The freedom. I do not feel like someone is watching over my shoulder. Ironically when that does happen it's my supervisor asking how I am doing then asks if he can help then continues on his way. It makes me want to work 10x harder as a way to say thank you for trusting me.
What I enjoy most about my leadership team is the familiarity, compassion, and humor they bring. I feel I can ask them anything without fear of being made to feel stupid or less than. I feel I can voice my concerns or ideas and I know they will not fall on deaf ears as they have in other companies.
Not only is my pay very competitive but the monthly Lyten events create a space to not only feel like a kid again but to connect with people who in your normal day to day might never interact with. It also helps build the sense of unity and the feeling of being a part of something bigger then myself
