My hourly wage along with my differential & benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told by the management for over a year now i will be promoted and it has not happened yet. This is, in a literal sense, what makes me feel undervalued. I would feel better if I got this promotion with higher salary and stock options.

I feel undervalued in my current role because I believe my skills and experience contribute significantly to the success of our team and company. Research indicates that the average compensation for this role in the industry is higher .I would feel better if i have adjustment in my compensation.

Everyone in my team is paid at market average or .95 comp ratio and above. I am paid closer to the minimum as oppose to the market average.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The feeling of being treated like a human. Specifically, it is being forgiven when doing wrong, understood when disagreeing, and given autonomy whenever possible.
