I've grown together with my company. It fits in perfectly with my life, but that may be a result of me fitting in perfectly with my company. I have faith that as long as i do my part, all others can pull through as well. Good people tend to concentrate here, all others seem to fade away.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Culture and synergy. Everyone is exceptional, there is no settling. When you see your leaders this way, you feel the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The feeling of being treated like a human. Specifically, it is being forgiven when doing wrong, understood when disagreeing, and given autonomy whenever possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Beibg able to work on what i love and knowing that my work has the potential to significantly impact the company and our world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told by the management for over a year now i will be promoted and it has not happened yet. This is, in a literal sense, what makes me feel undervalued. I would feel better if I got this promotion with higher salary and stock options.
