What do you like best about the leadership team?
Advocating diversity and inclusiveness which is very challenging to obtain in the fields of science and engineering. Expectations and feedback are measured and reasonable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is satisfactory, but we don't have any 401K share from company, which is disappointing. Also, I am unclear how yearly bonus is paid.

I have been told by the management for over a year now i will be promoted and it has not happened yet. This is, in a literal sense, what makes me feel undervalued. I would feel better if I got this promotion with higher salary and stock options.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's a war on talent for experienced people in the battery industry. We have lots of academics, but few industrialists. Lyten needs to train the academics how to function in the industry lab setting. New employees are trained by technicians instead of managers, who are absent from labs

I got to interview with five people, including the CEO. Very interesting and challenging conversations.
Meeting all levels of leadership including executive leadership.
