Helpful, no stress and no pressure.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is great camaraderie among the co workers, friends and teammates in addition to Trust and opportunity to learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since I am new and I'd still learning the company culture and try to prove myself worthiness. So, it is going both way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nice people, learning new technology, meeting and collaborating with new people and getting out of my comfort zone by doing new thing (ie learning and growing).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new here and I may not be able to notice much but so far it seems the leader team is doing pretty good in term of fund raising and not diluting share in my opnion.
