My overall experience was positive so far. If some benefits and perks are added to the package, it would be great. Also, there should be a better direction towards final products and customers that we are trying to achieve.

Being able to solve problems through fundamental research and getting recognition.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is satisfactory, but we don't have any 401K share from company, which is disappointing. Also, I am unclear how yearly bonus is paid.
