Everyone in my team is paid at market average or .95 comp ratio and above. I am paid closer to the minimum as oppose to the market average.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work, is the fact that my manager and peers acknowledge my hard work and effort. I know i have the potential for a promotion because of my hard work and dedication.
