Our commitment to our mission of doing what is right for our students and providing services to help them. Leadership and staff are key in that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the leadership team's commitment to the college's mission and our community. I also admire their desire to retain employees and push to diversify our workforce.
What makes you most happy at work?
Providing service to the employees that I serve. I really enjoy helping empower people by showing them the technical tools they need to find information that helps them make decisions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team seems committed to doing what is best for the college and also recognize that our work is to help our students succeed. Some of them are relatively new but have learned quickly and bring fresh perspectives to our area.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The college offers many benefits at a highly competitive cost that are unheard of in both state and the private sector. For example, my health insurance premiums are very affordable. I also like that the college offers other medical and financial benefits, such as paid vision care and 403(b).
