this place is great. I have a difficult program director that takes little to no value in the feedback the rest of the team gives.

The support staff is amazing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have a very difficult co-worker that makes coming to work miserable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no path for salary growth. I feel stuck where I am with no way to increase my pay.
