It has been positive. There has been a move to remote management that has been disconcerting. But overall, the experience is good.

Helping students and instructors makes me the most happy.

The team maintains a sense of humor in stressful situations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation time for R and R. I come back with renewed energy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a concern to keep students at the center of all we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team understands the need for attention to urgent family matters when they come up and works to be flexible with my schedule. I appreciate that a lot.
