My experience has been very positive, I would like to see more room for promotions to leadership roles, as of right now there is no way to gain management experience while working in "lower" positions.

We work great as a team, probably the best teamwork I've encountered in my professional career.

We are very student orientated, but the company also reminds us to take care of us.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy interacting with students and see the engagement on campus. I enjoy working with the community and seeing excitement build around Madison College.
