I am a remote worker. The company overall is solid to work for. There are some pain points such as overly obsessive with metrics, and unrealistic expectations. The base salary is extremely low for the state that I live in. Benefits have imroved which is a good sign. Leadership is young

As a remote worker its hard to understand the companies culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because in sales it is often only the top agents who get praise. I would feel better if my base salary was higher and life insurance, and disability insurance options were available
