The best part about the compensation package is that the base pay is already good so the comp/bonuses just make it even better.

I am most happy to speak with my team and interact with them. I enjoy our conversations and getting to know each other better.

The team that I am on is super fun and encouraging. We constantly uplift each other and help one another out while also having fun!
What did you like most about the interview process?
All interviews are scary but when I interviewed for the ISR position, it felt more relaxed and calming. I did not feel judged for each answer I gave.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team shows transparency and honesty. They provide honest feedback to us and openly receive feedback as well. In addition, they are constantly motivating and encouraging us each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the culture and environment at Matic is that from the sales floor to the CEO, every idea is listened to. You don't have to be high up in management for your ideas to be listened to.
