Great office environment, best bosses Ive ever had. Constantly growing and changing in postivie ways. I feel like I am making a good difference in peoples lives saving them money and/or at least looking out for them by making sure they're correctly covered and covered at a fair price point.

The base pay is about 2 dollars under the market average. The bonus structure is great though.
