Unhappy office staff who are unpleasant to deal with and rude. Lots of errors in paychecks which take forever to be corrected. High turnover among office staff which leads to incocsistency when dealing with caregivers. Not a good place to be associated eith.

High turnover so never dealing with same person. There is no team because no one wants to take the responsibility for making any decisions. Incorrect info given out to caregivers and you can never get a straight answer from anyone in the office. Very poor corporate culture which doesnt value good em
