What does the leadership team need to get better at?
High turnover so never dealing with same person. There is no team because no one wants to take the responsibility for making any decisions. Incorrect info given out to caregivers and you can never get a straight answer from anyone in the office. Very poor corporate culture which doesnt value good em
They need to lead. I felt no pride working for this company.

Pay us for what we do.
Managers need to be re-evaluated. Mean, harass individuals and gaslight individuals.
Sick time and PTO reguardless of a contract people have lives and people get sick. They shouldnt be punished and not get paid.
More hours and benefits not taking away medical if I don't work 40hrs in one week

I do not see my team other than in passing. They are usually very pleasant.

Be courteous and polite instead of surly and defensive

I don't see my coworkers only client. That's one of the issues this Money making work is only for people in office not the ones doing the work

Feeling wanted and needed but now it's just feeling used and forgotten

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have the interview process in person and have things needed to be completed in a timely manner.
It has improved some by having the clinician and recruiter interview at the same time but the recruiters are more of used car sales men and are not always honest or realistic to candidates leading to wasting everyone's time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The hospital is under funded. The agency neglects their employees.
The medical director has his mind and heart in the right place but he is seen as a mascot instead of a leader. The men that make the decisions do not understand our clients or what the lower level workers have to deal with on a daily basis.
