What's the company culture like at Maxim Healthcare Services?
The one in I worked for in Temecula,Ca. Made me feel....Stupid. Inadequate. Replaceable. Unimportant. Mistreated. Misused. Unskilled. Threatened. Confused. Tricked. Misled. Over worked. Underpayed. I felt like I was nothing just another person I felt no pride in being a nurse as I did in the previous positions and companies I was employed with. This place made me feel like crab and they allowed the patients to talk to me and treat me as if I was a slave. Barely having enough time to even use the bathroom let along eat. Then above all they threatened to make me pay back an extra 50 cents an hour which they claimed they want supposed to give me but I hadn't riding so instead of giving me a raise they to back 50 cents an hour. They put a flag against me for no reason I never got a chance to redeem myself and I have to eventually leave what my tell between my legs.
