What does the leadership team need to get better at?

High turnover so never dealing with same person. There is no team because no one wants to take the responsibility for making any decisions. Incorrect info given out to caregivers and you can never get a straight answer from anyone in the office. Very poor corporate culture which doesnt value good em

Transparency, understanding the expectations they put on the local teams. They need to learn to put their employees first, not money. It is understood that money is needed to keep the business open but they do not understand that if you take care of your employees, they will take care of you.
